The Arab Center for Research and Policy Studies and the Doha Institute for Graduate Studies have published the 77th issue of Siyasat Arabiya, a bimonthly peer-reviewed journal of political science and international relations. This issue contains the following articles: “The Security Dilemma of Influence: Shi'i Transnationalism and the Limits of Iranian Foreign Policy" by Mohammad R. Kalantari; “The 2023 Gaza War and U.S.–China Rivalry in the Red Sea and the Bab al-Mandeb Strait" by Abdullah Rashid Al-Mursel; “Diaspora as a Political Sphere: Understanding the Emergence of Fatah in the Arab Gulf Countries" by Yara Nassar; “Settler Colonial Strategies in the West Bank: Between Elimination and Management" by Feras Ali Qawasmeh; and “The Role of Civil Society Organizations in Supporting Youth Participation in Peacebuilding in Yemen" by Shaimaa Barakat.
