The Arab Center for Research and Policy Studies and Doha Institute for Graduate Studies has published the 45th issue of the bimonthly peer-reviewed political science and international relations journal Siyasat Arabiya. The Evolution of the Military Action of the Izz al-Din al-Qassam Brigades” by Ahmed Qasem Hussein; “Shrinking Humanitarian Space in Gaza Strip Under Siege” by Ghassan ElKahlout; “The Stagnation of Reconstruction in Gaza: Donor Delay over Subjective and Objective Concerns” by Sultan Barakat; “International Aid to the Gaza under Israeli Conditionalities: Is it Time to Rethink Financing Policies and Mechanisms?” by Tamer Qarmout; “Israeli Policy in Gaza” by Mahmoud Muhareb; and “Post-2007 US Foreign Policy Trends in the Gaza” by Osama Abu-Irshaid.

The issue includes Arab Opinion Index commentary by Dana El Kurd, "Public Opinion in Gaza on Political, Economic and Security Conditions". This is followed by the documentation of Milestones in Democratic Transition in the Arab World and Palestine Over Two Months 1/5/2020 - 30/6/2020, along with select Documents of Democratic Transition in the Arab World. The issue ends with Omar Shaban's book review of Gaza: The Lost Years of Development (2007-2018) by Mazen Elejlah and Majd Abuamer and Yara Nassar's review of Hamas Contained: The Rise and Pacification of Palestinian Resistance by Tareq Baconi.
