The Arab Center for Research and Policy Studies and Doha Institute for Graduate Studies has published the 46th issue of the bimonthly peer-reviewed political science and international relations journal Siyasat Arabiya. This issue includes: "EU as a Security Actor? Waqas Jan; "Political Parties in Morocco and the Impasse of New Social Tensions" by Elhabib Stati Zineddine. The issue includes Arab Opinion Index paper by Hicham Raïq & Mohamed Ourya "The Satisfaction Degree of Young People In light of the Political and Economic Transformations after the "Arab Spring" Bilateral Logistic Regression Analysis for a Sample from the Maghreb". Also included in this issue is a translation of Abdennour Benantar's "Unipolarity of the International System: What status for China?," by Aoumria Soltani. Mohammed Hemchi.
